Default Security Update for Outlook Express released 11 May 2010

I close all programs before doing any updates (I'm configured to be
notified; I go to Microsoft Update myself). I have three computers running
WinXP fully updated. Here's what happened with the latest update:

desktop computer, XP Home, needed to restart
laptop computer, XP Pro, needed to restart
netbook, XP Home, didn't need to restart

If you'd closed OE before installing the update, a reboot wouldn't be
required.

Now all I need is a way to stop it telling me I need to restart my
computer
every 5 minutes!

It was part of the last automatic windows update package

And is this in with our automatic updates or do we have to get it
ourselves?
