if you tried many solutions, it still does not work

i find a solution some where in the web, i cannot remember

try
1. disable outlook anywhere
2. uninstall rpc over http
3. delete virtual folders rpc*
4. reboot server
5. install rpc over http
6. enable outlook anywhere
