Default "Hover" popup boxes

There are a few different ways of adding information to shapes on the page
and have them display when you move your mouse over them.

The most common (and the one I think you are really looking for is called a
Shape Screen tip.

Draw/drop a shape - and select it
Insert menu - Shape Screen Tip - then enter text in the dialog
unselect the shape
When you move your mouse over the shape - you'll see the text

The other method is to enter a "comment" on a shape:

Draw/drop a shape - and select it
Insert menu - Comment - enter in text
unselect the shape
When you move your mouse over the little yellow rectangle with your initials
in it - you'll see the text.

Hope that helps,
darrin.

When you hover you mouse over visio's default shapes, it pops up a little

yellow box with the name of the shape of some usefull information. How do I
add this action to shapes I create?

I am creating a server rack diagram. I want the name of the server to pop

up when you hover over the "shape" for the server. I am using Visio 2003

Thanks in advance for you help.
