After placing the combo and subform on your main form,
right-click the
subform control and choose Properties.

Locate the LinkMasterFields property on the Data tab of
the Properties box.
Type in the name of your combo here.

Beside the LinkChildFields property, enter the name of
the matching field in
the subform.
