Default Possibility to color-code mail folders in Outlook

I've been searching for a way to do this and I am very disappointed to see
this post since it means the feature doesn't exist! It's been harder and
harder to organize my Outlook content. I am now looking at other options
like having my work mail forwarded to a gmail account. I just can't deal
with having to waste two minutes looking for the folder to stick each message
into - and I am just a simple clerk with a relatively low email volume
(20-30/day). An hour a day I could spend doing something useful.

I would like to see a feature in Outlook where I can change mail folder text
color and font properties. Enabling color-coded folders and user-defined
folder appearance would help building a more effective and personalized
folder structure, especially when you have 100+ folders to scroll and move
between. The mail folder icons could also be made user-definable for
ultimate personalization.
