Default menu bar languish

If you have Office 2000 or later, you can probably get a Hebrew language pack
to add Hebrew as a language option for your Office installation. These
generally cost about 30 U.S. Dollars, and you can buy them from
office.microsoft.com.

Also on the site, there are instructions for installing and using those
language packs. However the basic instructions are as follows :

1. Start - Programs - Office - Tools - Language Settings - User
Interface Language Tab

2. Change the User Interface Language to "Hebrew" and click okay, then
restart any already-running Office applications.

If you don't have the User Interface Language tab in step 1, that means that
you don't have any additional language options available, and will have to
install a language pack first.
