Default Signature reverts to none when Terminal Services/Citrix user logoff then back on to terminal server.

We have found that Outlook 2003 is not writing the NewSignature and ReplySignature keys back to the registry when you pick a signature for either of the above two options. We have been able to test this by manually adding the keys to the ntuser.dat registry file stored in your profile folder on your AD servers and have found that Outlook will read the registry keys once they are added manually. We have also been able to confirm that the terminal servers(including those running Citrix, which ours do) will write the registry settings back to your ntuser.dat file on the AD servers as well by making a change manually to the registry on the terminal servers, logging off and checking the ntuser.dat file on the AD server for the change. So, we have narrowed the issue down to Outlook not writing the new values to the user's registry hive that is loaded on the terminal servers, which subsequently does not get saved in the user's profile.

I would assume that Microsoft will need to write a Hotfix or patch for this issue.

My question is, has anyone heard if Microsoft is aware of this issue, and are they working on a fix?
