Jim Donovan,
Yor choice on the installation.
If you uninstall the previous version you will have to reinstall any
programs not included on your 2003 version.
Stored clipart is minimal in Office 2003 and can be accessed online from any
program easily.
You can do a custom install of the clips from your previous version if you
want.

should I uninstall office 2000 before installing office 2003, of can I just
install right over office 2000? I only ask because there is a lot of clip
art included with office 2000, and I would like to have that to use in
office 2003, but making copies of the files/folders and then importing them
will take a long time. Anyone with any thoughts or suggestions, I would
appreciate them. Thanks.
