I'd downloaded a copy of Office 2007 off the internet for a client this

June, he bought "Home Student Edition Office 2007" and we used the product
key from the card... now, it's popping up trial is about to expire. He's
hopping mad that it isn't continuing even though he has the software and

already entered the key code.

Is there something we're missing... do we need a different copy of the
software in order to work?

I myself, personally have a full copy of the software which I obtain at a
Microsoft event back in 2007, would it work with his product key code?

Please advise what the problem is, it order to assist my client?
