Mark,

The following web page mentions that you can restore the "greyed out" send
email feature by installing an MS Office 2007 add-in that allows files to be
save in the PDF or XPS format:

Third poster, Bob Keen, mentions the fix that he used.

Mark,

MS Office 2007 I believe was designed with Vista, but will work on XP,
utilizing Outlook 2007, as its email application. In Vista, Outlook
Express
was replaced with Windows Mail, and then Windows Live Mail I belive it is
called. You version of MS Office 2007 (H&S) does not include a version of
Outlook.

1. If you are using XP with Outlook Express 6, you may need to upgrade OE
to
Windows Live Mail. But read the installation and operational instructions
carefully, before installing.
2. Purchase and install, a stand alone copy of Outlook2007.
3. You might be able to install a stand alone copy of Outlook 2003, I do
not
know if it is compatible with Office2007, you will need to check in the
Outlook newsgroups for that.

I just purchased office home and student and cannot get my outlook
e-mail
contacts to transfer.
Is this possible. If not I have wasted my money.
I need to do a doc. in word and e-mail to another person.
I will need to do a lot of them all different.
