Default Extracting Data from a Database, but skipping rows

Hi
in Excel I don't think there is a really better solution for this :-)

I wanted to do it in MSAccess, but it is not installed on every PC
because they have no lincences, so I had to do it in Excel.
I kinda found a way to do it, although I don't know (actually I

really
don't think) it's the best way. Here is what I did:
On the main table, I created as many worksheets as the number of
users, one for each.
Then I created a macro that filters the data by responsible, and then
copies everything to the corresponding worksheet. This latter is then
linked to the other file of the user, where he only sees the projects
in which he is involved.
I have to restrain myself from thinking how much easier it is to do

it
in Access, but that's the way it goes...
Please let me know if you come across a better solution.
Thx
