Ken,

My messages marked for "follow-up" don't automatically appear in the
"Follow-Up Search Folder" when due. Is this the same issue raised here? The
only way I can get messages into the F/U Search folder is to redisplay them
when due, click on the "Follow-Up" icon and resave them. Messages that I
mark for "Follow-Up" typically end up in the "Sent" folder.

Thank you,
Tom

Are those items with reminders in your default Inbox and Contacts folders?
Without using a 3rd party utility you can only get reminders from items in
your default Inbox, Contacts, Calendar and Tasks folders. In all other
folders the items will only turn red when the reminders are due.

When I create a Follow-up Flag on an email or Contact - even specifying an
exact time and date - it does not appear in the Reminders window when that
time arrives.

Any help would be very helpful. Thanks
