Default Visio 2007 Save As Web Page custom details

Thanks for at least answering. No, I didn't insert any hyperlinks--my
knowledge of Visio is advanced beyond that point. I actually got rid of the
links on the shapes by starting the whole thing over again and used a limited
list view as a datasource. I still don't know how to fix the other problems.

Your first issues sounds like you have inserted hyperlinks, just right mouse
click on the shape and remove or edit the links.

I have an org chart made with linked data from a SharePoint (WSS 3.0) contact
list. The contact list itself is an imported copy of the Global Address List
from Exchange, so there are several fields that don't appear on the shapes.
The shapes have Name and Title appearing on the Data Graphic.
The Problem:
Clicking on a shape brings a popup that says "Contact Photo" and "Web Page"
but those are dead links that go to the folder with the backup files for the
page. I don't want those to be there.

The Details panel in the left pane has a bunch of fields with no value. How
do I edit those?

The Search Pages function returns results with the same link for all of
them. It says "Name Title". How do I change that?

One other thing: I tried changing the dataset to just the fields I want,
and I tried changing the data source to a view that included only the fields
I wanted. That didn't change anything.
