I have Outlook 2007 load at startup and minimize to notification area. After
startup, I look at Outlook 2007, and Outlook Connector is not on the toolbar,
and Norton AntiSpam toolbar is not there either. However, if I close Outlook
and reopen it, both Outlook Connector and Norton AntiSpam appear as normal.

I don't know if this is a related problem or not, but every now and then
(inconsistent) I am prompted to enter my administrator password right after
startup, and Norton Utilities which loads at startup is always blocked by
Windows saying it does not have permission to run even though it is setup to
run as administrator.

I can't help but feel these problems are all somehow related. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
