Person's computer account is not loaded or set to standard
user. (Try adding their account to the computer if it is
not there. Or changing the users permisions). This should
work. If not, his account on the exchange server is
disabled or unlikely though, corrupt.

I have a user who is running Outlook XP on their computer
and when they try
to log on to Outlook they get "Cannot start Microsoft
Outlook. You do not
have permission to log on"
They had been using it fine for months. Any ideas?
Thanks,
