Default mail merge w/ word and excel


Are you using a DDE connection or ODBC? We do alot of mail merges and
had some problems with Excel following an update; I found an article
which said the binary transport method of Excel had been changed. To
get around erratic behavior in Excel, setup a System DSN and connect
via ODBC and everything works fine.

If you need to know how to do either of those things, please let me
know and I will provide instructions.
