After furious head scratching, Roy asked:

| I have a small business and I need to send faxes to multiple
| recipients. I am using the outlook express address book. During the
| fax wizard I go to the address book and I would like to use address
| book group that I have set up to send multiple faxes but I get an
| error message adresses could not be resolved as fax numbers. I can
| send multiple faxes if I go to the address book and individually
| click on each contact it works fine but this takes a long time as I
| have about 100 contacts to send faxes to. Any suggestions as to how I
