Default Receive email from one account to 2 different outlooks

pathummer,
You will need to set both mail applications, for this account to "Leave Messages
on Server".

1. In OE TOOLS Accounts Mail Accounts tab Select Comcast acct Properties
button.
On the Advance tab Near the bottom of the window Select Leave Messages on
Server.

2. In Outlook 2003 TOOLS Accounts Change or View Accounts Select Comcast
acct.
Change button More Settings button Advance tab Leave Messages on Server.

You will need to decide which application that you add the following setting on
the Advance tab:
Delete Messages from server after XX days. I personally use 14 days, and set it
with the application that I access the least.

If the messages, have already been downloaded and you want to copy them to the
other application. The safest way is to export/import them through Outlook
Express interface. But you will need to do the following, Outlook needs to be
set as the default mail program, if it is not already.

With OE & Outlook closed Control Panel Internet Options Programs tab Select
Outlook as the default mail program.

Import Messages from Outlook into Outlook Express:
Open OE File Import Messages Outlook Select correct Outlook Mail Profile
Select the messages folders that you want to import OK.

Export Messages from Outlook Express to Outlook:
Open OE File Export A pop up will state the export is going to Outlook or MS
Exchange OK Select correct Outlook Mail Profile Select the messages folders
that you want to export OK.

Now do some housekeeping in the program that you moved messages into.
