Default Automatic updates of a Publisher file

No easy way... Can you not input the prices in three fields and only merge the
relevant price in each catalog.

Thanks for the quick response. I don't think I was clear with what I am
trying to do. I have a catalog now, that was made in Publisher. We want to
distribute this catalog to the US, Canada, and some corporate accounts.
However, each of these accounts gets different pricing. Is there a way for me
to tell Publisher to use a specific price list to reflect the account that it
was being distributed to?

Thanks for your help!
Mike

If you edit the Excel data the Publisher file will change automatically as

the two are linked together. When you open the Publisher file, the changes
should be there.

Is there a way to automatically populate data in a Publisher file?

My company has a catalog/price list that is based in Publisher. We issue
this catalog to 3 different regions that all have different pricing. If
there
is a change to a description, a price, etc., I must manually update all
three
versions of the file. Is there a way that I can create a single Excel file
with three different prices, that would automatically feed into Publisher?
That way, I would only have to make the change in one place, but the
changes
would be seen in the Publisher document.

Thanks.

Mike
