Out of all the treemap vendors I’ve researched a company called The Hive Group seems to have the best and most well thought out treemaps.

They also have a service (HiveOnDemand) that lets individuals create treemaps without any technical knowledge (like me) straight from Excel. I've been using HiveOnDemand for a while and would highly recommend it!
