Default HELP ERROR MESSAGE

I keep recieving this error message: The connection to the server has failed.
Account: Server: 'smtpauth.eathlink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E. I have
researched it and can't seem to come up with any solution besides reloading
Outlook Express which I would rather not do. Any help or suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks
