Default 95% CI

You'll have to do it in Excel. There, you add Y error bars, and then you use
the Custom option. Click the button to see the spreadsheet, select the data,
and then click the button to get back to the error bar dialog.

If you need more specific instructions than that, let us know which version
of Excel you're using.
