Default editing forms

It's in the [Developer Tab] in the [Protect Document Group] - I assume your
developer tab is installed on the ribbon, but if it's not you'll have to turn
it on.

I do not know why MS made this so complicated. You have to tell people to
select "restrict formatting" in order to turn the restrictions off and now a
password dialog box pops up too.

For a basic form, all most people need is a button that says "enter data in
the form" (!!!) For pete's sake!

Click on Restrict Formatting and Editing and you will then see a button to
Unprotect the document.

i recently learned how to create a form. I now need to edit the form, but
it
appears to be locked. Under Protected Document, i have originally selected
Unrestricted Access, which is still checked.

I have created the form in a table in 2007, but saved it in 2003 to send
to
users who do not have 2007.

Any suggestions are welcome. thank you.
