Default Label Report

DNuding wrote:
I have a situation where I need to create labels from a table. The table is
ClassEntries.

Fields include:
BackNumber
ClassNumber
RiderName

Sample Data:
Back# Class# Rider
1 2 Brianna White
9 2 Kira Kaseloo
12 2 Jennifer Batts
23 2 Claudia Coombs
24 2 Christina Boucher
29 2 Kennedy Seeley
39 2 Lillian Moore

Back# Class# Rider
1 3 Brianna White
9 3 Kira Kaseloo
17 3 Morgan Hodge
28 3 Kennedy Seeley
29 3 Morgan Palmer
34 3 Josh Monahan
41 3 Kate McGregor

I can query the data, sort by BackNumber and ClassNumber. When I go to do
labels, it creates 1 label per BackNumber/ClassNumber.

Somehow, I need to create labels that have the BackNumber with ALL of the
classes entered on one line instead of individual labels.

Instead of
Back# 1
Class# 2
Rider Brianna White

I need:
Back# 1
Class# 2,3
Rider Brianna White

I am beside myself trying to figure this out!
Thanks for any assistance.

use some version of fConcatChild to aggregate all the Class numbers into a
delimited string and then use the query that calls fConcatChild as the source
for your report. See www.mvps.org/access in the modules section for
fConcatChild
