How can you transfer all the data already in Outlook on
one computer, to a new computer?

What version of Outlook and what Operating System.

Generally you

1. click Start|Run then type Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook and click OK

2. Copy everything you find in that folder and copy it to the new system.
You can use the same folder location (it's a hidden file) or create a new
folder if you like.

3. Open Outlook on the new system and click File|Open|Outlook Data File and
navigate to wherever you copied the files.
