Default Calculate areas from a cross section chart??

If an approximation is OK here is the old chemist's way (pre-computer):
Plot graph and print
Cut out the cross section (A) and cut out a rectangle (B) (its area is =
y-axis difference * x-axis difference)
Weigh A and B to 0.001 grams
Mass A/Mass B = Area A/ Area B so Area A = (Area B)* Mass A / Mass B
