This is a Word question and has nothing to do with table design in
Access. If you can't find the answer at http://word.mvps.org or
http://support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1, ask in a Word newsgroup.

When I try to save a changed version of a file in Word 2003 all versions of
that file are changed to be identical to the file I have made using "save as".

In other words, if I have a file that has this week's menue in it, and I
revise the menu and save it as a different file, all previsous versions of
that file willbe changed too. In other words, all the previous weeks menus
will read the same.

Is there a setting I can change to keep this from happening? Or is there a
different method to use to save a file with revisions. Note" this is
different that the editing revision situation where different people are
editing a document and you want to merge the changes at the end of the
process.

Thanks.
