Have recently encountered a problem, to which I have not been able to find a solution.
Certain e-mail messages, those with graphics, cannot be deleted. I can delete text messages OK and even some with graphics, but certain graphics refuse to be deleted, whether I use the delete key, the delete option in the dropdown menu or the icon on the tool bar.
I use XP and OE 6. Also Internet Explorer 6.
When attempting to delete, I get no error messages. In attempting to move a file that would not delete, to the Deleted Items folder I got the following message:
