Default Outlook 2003 w/BCM and Pocket PC

It's not corrupting your installation, it's corrupting the forms cache. You
can fix this problem without uninstalling and reinstalling by performing the
following steps.

Tools, Options, Other tab.
Click the Advanced button.
Click Custom Forms
Click Manage Forms
Click Clear Cache

Are you using any custom forms? the PocketPC sync is obvously corrupting
your forms cache, but I"m not sure why.

I am having a heck of a time getting my Outlook with BCM to work with my

Dell Axim Pocket PC. I use ActiveSync (latest version) and my outlook and
pocket pc sync just fine. However, the problem I am having is... it appears
that the sync actually corrupts my BCM installation, or at least just
corrupts the BCM forms. I can add a new contact just fine - however, I
cannot add opportunities etc.. my history becomes my entire outlook history
(not just the history for that BCM contact?) I have repeatedly uninstalled
BCM, then reinstalled. The BCM portion then works just fine.. until I sync
my pocket pc. Any help is really appreciated. Right now, I dont even
care that the BCM cannot sync to my pocket PC (crazy), I just do not want it
to corrupt the BCM installation. Thanks again.
