desire to puchase Office 2003 as Office 97 suits my

I loaded Office 97 and was able to get Outlook Express
working but Outlook 97 does not load. Outlook 2003 also
appears to load just fine. I get the following error
upon
launching Outlook 97:

The add-in "scrptxtn.dll" could not be installed or
loaded. Unable to install "scrptxtn.dll.

I need both Outlook Express and Outlook 97 to run
(separate mailboxes within the household.

Any help?
