What do you mean by slow? The printer is slow, or the time to receive and
print the document is slow?
What program(s) are you talking about?
What operating system are you running?
What printer are you using?
What changed on your system between the time it was not slow and now?
Does this impact only Office programs or any program in Windows (assuming
you're using Office and Windows)?
What have you tried to resolve the issue?
