We had a customized MSP that was set to turn off the FILE | ARCHIVE setting.
We have found that this is not a good setting to have, so, need to change it
back (to Not Configured, I guess). Currently, it shows as enabled. When I
run the OCT (setup.exe /admin) and go to the setting and change it, then save
the MSP, it keeps reverting back to Enabled. I even tried setting it to
Disabled, and it reverted back. I closed the OCT and reopened, and, verified
that the MSP date/time stamp IS changing.

What am I doing wrong?
