I keep getting this when I shutdown my computer. I have checked the web and
the fix is remove the speech and handwriting software. I use this feature.
Does Microsoft have a fix? I also get shell...conthidden.... not rsponding
message also. My laptop takes forever to shudown. I have Windows XP SP2 and
Office 2003 SP1. I am up to date. Can you help?
