What operating system are you trying to install on? Also, what versions of
the NET Framework do you have installed?

Whenever I attempt to go to any Microsoft Site for assistance the page
comes up in a language that is foreign to me. If I am able to figure out
how to get the page in English, any link I select on that page is again in
a foreign language.

Can someone tell me why Office Outlook will not install. Also, can anyone
tell me how to get the microsoft site in English. Thanks.
