Default Error 10061, 0x800ccc0e, bug?

Sorry an important part - the port 110 - was missing from my telnet command
syntax.
Here is a correct example for email server named pop3.myemailserver.com
using POP3 protocol
* start menu-run..telnet
* enter command o
* enter pop3.myemailserver.com 110
* with normal situation you should get a message like 'Hello'.
* to quit connection enter command quit
* to quit telnet enter command quit

* It is not Outlook 6 that causes the problem. You can have the same effect
if using telnet. Start telnet. Enter command o. Enter hostname of your email
server like pop3.hostname
You should get a response like 'Hello', but in our case you get error
message 'connection to server hostname cannot be established. However after
booting and in your first XP login session, you get nice response 'Hello'.
