Default "Earning-" a free full version of Vista + Office2007 outside t

You'd be better off finding a somewhat local branch of Microsoft and asking
them. We're just a bunch of non-MS employees.

In the local tech. media (Germany-) I have read that users in the
States
have
been given the opportunity of "earn" a free full version of both
Vista+Office2007 by taking part in and contributing to a number of
webcasts
relating to the products concerned.

Are there any plans to open a similar opportunity to MS customers (or
at
lest TechNet Members-) outside the USAand/or in Germany?
