Default Saving Pub 2003 documents as PDF

A small child turns to Ed, and exclaims: "Look! Look! A post from
Michele !"...
I can create
Excel and Word documents in PDF without any problem so I know the
procedure.

Not quite, you don't. In general, the procedure is *different* to in Word
or Excel. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are the exceptions to the rule, as
Adobe has created special options for them, as most new computer users using
Acrobat don't know how to create a PDF normally.

And I am not scolding you for asking for help. Asking for help is a good
thing. Not listening to the advice given is what ticks me off. If you
believe you have followed all my advice to the letter, please feel free to
disregard this paragraph. Or all this post. Or all my messages. I
apologize for hurting your feelings. Please feel free to killfile me if it
will make you feel any better.
