Default How do I rotate drawing 90 degrees?

If you are looking for a way to change the page from Portrait to Landscape,
then you will want to change the Page setup (File Page Setup). The 'Page
Size' tab has the options for Portrait and Landscape, but since the default
is to set the page equal to the printer paper, this may be grayed out. In
that case, you can either use the 'Print Setup' tab to select a landscape
output page, or you can change from the 'Same as printer paper size' option
to one of the others on the Page Size tab.

However, you specifically said Rotate, which is a Visio option. It differs
from what I described above, because if you rotate the page, you move
everything on the page with it, just like turning a piece of paper to a
different angle. If that is what you are looking for, you will need to
zoom out from the drawing enough to see the edges of the drawing paper.
Then hold down the CTRL key while moving your cursor over a corner of the
page that you want to drag. Click to grab the corner, and then you can
release the CTRL key if you want. Keep dragging until the page is rotated
to the desired location.

Note that the drawing will pivot around the "0,0" corner of the drawing
(lower left). This is not configurable, and the point will remaing "0,0"
after the move, although some dimensions will now be negative :-)

I hope that helps!
