Selecting a primary and secondary vertical axis for data isn't complicated,
and scaling the data can be done so that the data can be compared, but does
anyone know how to apply the same fixed horizontal scale to both vertical
axis? Whenever I add the secondary vertical axis, the horizontal axis
reverts to the default.
