Please go to:-

http://www.pierrefondes.com/

Item number 52.

Pull up the Workbook on the screen in front of you / The_Solution
Worksheet / highlight the range F 10 to G 21 inclusive / Insert /
Charts group / click on arrow in lower right hand corner / Insert
Chart should launch and it should default to Clustered Column / hit
OK.

You should now get a chart launching on the screen in front of you
with dates along the X (horizontal axis).

This is one way in which it might be done.

If you want to see actual dates in the above example do the
following:-

- highlight cells F 11 to F 21 inclusive

- right click and select Format Cells . . .

- Format Cells should launch

- Number tab / change to Date *14/03/2001 (this is formatted the
European way) / OK

- you should now get dates in full along the X axis.

If my comments have helped please hit Yes.

Thanks.
