Default Can you have 2 seperate email account on outlook 2003? if so how?

It's a little better to have an informative subject and type your question
in the body of the post.

Outlook 2003 can have a number of accounts, even with different protocols.

Tools--Email accounts.
You can create email accounts there. You can have content delivered to
different locations for each account.

Outlook however, will retain a default account to use when sending. If you
want to send from another account, you would select that at time of sending.
If you are replying, Outlook will use the account that the message you are
replying to arrived for.
