Default Avoid double booking using windows mobile

If the calendars on the mobile devices don't support showing free/busy, they
will need to use OWA.

Issue:
We have 4 workers who each have a windows mobile device and sync through
GPRS with Exchange on a SMB 2003 server.

When we book meetings from the mobile device we cannot see if we double
book
with other workers.

How do we prevent this?
When we book on our computers using Outlook 2007 its no problem to
overview
other shared calendars at the same time as booking.

We want to be able to book through our mobile devices and allways get
notified if its double booked.
