Default Outlook Installed and working but NO MAIL ICON in control pannel

Its a Vista thing, You have to view the Control Panel in, is it Classic
View? - I'm sure some one will come along to confirm.

Because of this I cannot set up a second profile. I've tried uninstalling
and reinstalling Outlook and all of Office 2007 but no luck. Any idea how
to
set to registry flag that tells Vista that I've run Outlook so I can set
up
two profiles?
