Hmmm... I can't say "no" with any certaintly, but I wouldn't buy Visio
specifically for that purpose either way. Visio is a diagramming tool;
Outlook would probably be better suited for appointments but I can't speak
for it publishing appointments to your PDA. See the following link for more
