I should add that this only happend in one of the users IDs in XP, the
outher user's documents show the document format properly.

Normally when I set up an document in word and I adjust the margins, I am
able to see the page layout as it will be printed. Now when I set up a
Word document, and I set up the top and bottom margins, no matter what I
set them to, it appears on the screen with no top and bottom margins. It
just 'shrinks the page'. (If the paper size is 8x10 and I change the top
and bottom margins to 1.5 inches, for a total of 3 inches, the paper
appears to be 8x7, the 'margin space' disappears.) When I adjust the
left and right margins, the margins show in relation to the document, that
