Perform the following steps after you have created the publication:
Click FILE SAVE AS SAVE AS TYPE - Select Publisher 2000 and then
click on
SAVE
Your collegues will be able to open the files.
P.S. : The file size will increase., hence it is advisable to upgrade
your
collegues computer with Publisher 2003

The file size will get humongous! Someone saved a 793K Publisher 2003
for me as a Publisher 2000 file and it came back at over 9MB!
