Default Outlook Express Group

That method does work, but brings up another question. I don't really want
all of these addresses in the main address book, can I make another address
book just for these email addresses?

Hi Nittany77,

Via your query I just learned something new.

Like you previously said "When I click on the group name in the left pane,
the names do not show up in the right pane. Is this because they are not
part of the main contacts?"

I set up a group with names that are NOT a contact in either main or shared
contacts and I see the same as you describe.

I like Rons suggestion on how to add this group of names to the Address Book
without typing.

Thanks,

Ken

| When I click on "Show all contents" another address book window opens. On
| the left side of this window I see "Shared Contacts" and "Main Identity
| Contacts" If I expand the Main Identity Contacts, I see the group name.
If
| I click on the group name, nothing appears in the right window. If I

| Try this,
|
| Open Address Book from Desktop.
|
| Start | select Programs, on its expanding menu, select Accessories, on
it's
| expanding menu choose Address Book.
|
| In the Address Book dialog window choose File, on it's menu choose Show
All
| Contents.
|
| What do you see on the left side of the Address Book dialog window?
