When I click on "Show all contents" another address book window opens. On
the left side of this window I see "Shared Contacts" and "Main Identity
Contacts" If I expand the Main Identity Contacts, I see the group name. If
I click on the group name, nothing appears in the right window. If I click
on the Main Identity Contacts, email addresses of these contacts appear in
the right pane.

Open Address Book from Desktop.

Start | select Programs, on its expanding menu, select Accessories, on it's
expanding menu choose Address Book.

In the Address Book dialog window choose File, on it's menu choose Show All
Contents.

What do you see on the left side of the Address Book dialog window?
