Default Outlook Add-In and Office 2010

You can right click on the icon and choose Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
You can also customize the Ribbon via File- Options- tab Customize Ribbon
to add it to another tab.

When I used Office 2007 I could see under the toolbox in a separate line
an
add-in I've used for years. In version 2010 it appears only in a separate
tab
which I have to click to use.
What do I have to do for a similar configuration?
