(wab) to any place on your HDD that is easy for you. My Documents is

it and then clicking REMOVE but remove tab is grayed out.
Also, she now has her old address book in one identity but not in the

gets to her Inbox, but the screen does not show Create, etc. It

Edit, View, Tools, Message and Help. There is no Send and
Receive,
and
no
Address Book.
I think she has to have the OE Toolbar checked but how to get to
it.
